Hello,
Could you please tell me if your music is
based on the occult, or is it jusy medieval
folklore? I am thinking of buying one of
Blackmore's Nights - Ghost of a Rose - but
as a Christian I am aware of the dangers of
the occult and witchcraft, but could accept
legends of the time and the religious
influences of that time.
Thank you,
Ian
Hello Ian,
I believe that we all have our own faith and
it is equally strong within all of us-
though every belief may be different. We
believe in a higher power, as do you, and as
far as the lyrics go- they are mainly based
on legends, myths and faeire tales of long
ago infused with visual imagery of nature.
Everyone hears something different in our
songs, and I believe thats as it should be.
It is all based up on your interpretation
and perception of what they mean to you in
your life. But that goes for almost
anything... You can see signs and messages
if you are looking for them. And if you are
not it doesn't matter how many butterflies
land on your shoulder...
Enjoy!
Candice
Brightest Blessings Dear Candice,
I was just following a Queensryche web page
and was linked to your page..
I was amazed to find out that Geoff Tate
will be in your upcoming movie :" House Of
Eternity"
I went to the House of Eternity web site and
I have to tell you this movie looks
absolutely amazing..I can't wait to see it!
I was wondering how you came up with the
idea of Geoff being the villain??
Did he audition for the role?
I love your web page design as well It is
quite mesmorizing.
I myself am from Michigan and attened the
Renaissance Festival every year.
Thank You for taking the time to read this
and let me know if you can tell me a little
more about the movie.
With Warm Regards
Teal
Hello Teal,
What a beautiful name.... Actually Geoff has
a major role in the film, whereas mine,
though very poignant, is just a few scenes.
The production company, Fires At Midnight
Films (I know! Strange coincidence...) had
cast Geoff in the villainous role and when I
saw some of his screen test I knew he'd be
perfect in the film! Besides having been a
Queensryche fan for years, and living
basically on only Operation Mindcrime when
it was released, I was so excited when they
chose him for the part.
The movie content is sort of "top secret"
right now, but when I read the screen play I
loved what I read...
Shooting is scheduled for April so stay
tuned for more information...
I have a close friend who is always at your
Renaissance Faire! Next time you go tell
Owain Phyfe I send my regards.
Thank you for your compliments on my site!
Love and light,
Candice (soon to be House of Eternity's
"Emily")
