HI Candice, I got just one little question I hope you can answer me. Sometime ago I read on some page of a castlehotel that this would be also yours and Richies favourite to come to from time to time. It was a castle that also offers visitor rooms for the "normal" citizens. Maybe you know which castle I am talking about and I would be very happy could you tell me the name and maybe also a weblink to it, because I want to make someone a little present. Best regards, Jan
Hello Jan, Ritchie and I have been very lucky as far as staying in castles goes. Each place you go to has its own identity and you could swear that if you keep very still , the castle walls will share their stories with you. And they have many! Here are a few of our favorite castles to stay in while in Germany. I hope that everything works out with your present! Love, Candice

Hi Candice,
My name is Craig and I live near Cheltenham where you will
be playing on 13th November. Both my wife Kate and I are
really looking forward to seeing you. It is so nice for a
world famous band to have such a warm human touch and allow
fans to contact you.
When I was 12 back in
1978 I first heard Ritchies guitar playing and it inspired
me to pick up the guitar myself. I am now writing my own
songs now very much on the same sort of theme as Blackmores
Night. I love your music its so enchanting and so restful
and one never knows how empty their soul is, until it is
filled by your melodies.
Will you and Ritchie
PLEASE sign my Ghost of a Rose album at the Cheltenham
concert? Kate and I will be in the 2nd row dressed up.
Blessed Be
Craig
Dear
Craig,
Thank you so
much for your beautiful words. They are such a precious
gift. Keep writing and playing and creating your own magic.
I hope that we did sign for you!! (Weren't sure which two
your and Kate were! )
Much love,
Candice

Hello
Jonas,
Thanks for
writing. It sounds like you are having a lot of wonderful
times with the bands that you have. Keep it fun! And I think
that it is great that you are keeping classic rock alive, as
well as also having the variety of performing other music as
well.
We were
supposed to have our DVD released this year. It has amazing
footage from Wartburg Castle in Germany to Solingen Castle.
But unfortunately we are waiting for the record company
which has put everything back. I hope to have better news
for you about it next year. I hope we all won't have to wait
too long!
We are
planning to come back to Sweden next year! I will see you
then...
Keep making
music... and have a great holiday and New Year. May you get
all you desire...
Love and
light,
Candice

Dear Candice,How about the next tour featuring 2 amazing
bands in one incredible night of music: Blackmore:s Night
with very special guests All About Eve! Love & Thanks,Ron
Parke
Hi
Ron,
That is so interesting that you say that...I have them in my
CD player right now and am singing along to Martha's Harbor!
A very close friend of mine, Johanna Pieterman, who is the
brilliant artist who drew the Ghost of a Rose and the Shadow
of the Moon covers for us was the one who had first turned
me on to All About Eve. I do play them often and have turned
quite a few friends on to their music here in the US. I'd
love to do some kind of tour or even festival, with bands
that kind of defy boundary and are able to retain the
mystery. Ritchie and I talk about that all the time! Maybe a
Maggie Reilly, Michael Oldfield, All About Eve, Pentagle,
Jethro Tull, Maddy Prior , Renaissance...the ideas are
brewing! I will mention it before the next tour as an idea
to our booking agent. Thanks for motivating me!
Love,
Candice
